Elements 8.3

Elements 8.3.91 ("Excelsior Class") is a major new release of the Elements compiler, and was shipped in March 2016, with an 8.3.93 refresh update in May.

Features in Elements 8.3 include:

• Support for Swift 2.2 and some Swift 3.0 Features
• Support for the Command Line Compiler on Linux
• Fire "1.0"
• Full custom Attributes on Toffee, with lowlevel API in libToffee
• Support for await/__await on all platforms
• New readLn() System Function
• Vast improvements to Oxidizer

• Power (**) operator for Oxygene

• and literally hundreds upon hundreds of fixes and smaller enhancements all throughout.
