Go Evolution

Without promising exact timelines for individual features, our goal is to try and support any new Go language changes introduced by Google in a timely fashion after they have been finalized, often before and sometimes shortly after they have shipped in Goole's Go compiler.

Current language and base library support matches Go 1.13.5.
